Do the work better. Your job in one place, without the evening admin.

The trainer app.

The notes, plans and records your trade runs on — kept properly during the session, not typed up hours later. Five real screens from the app running on a phone.

1Your day, in one screen.

Open the phone and every session on the schedule is right there — no folder to open, no notes to find. You see whose you're seeing, when, and where you left off.

2The session, in the moment.

Plan, sets, camera and notes on one screen while you work. No clicking to another tab, no swiping through apps, no "I'll write it up later." The record happens while it's happening.

3Swap when the day needs it.

Someone's knee flares up. You swap the exercise on the spot, say why, and the reason lands in their homework. Their next session knows what changed.

4The homework writes itself.

The session ends and the client-facing follow-up is already drafted from what actually happened — the sets, the swaps, the coaching notes. You approve or edit before it sends. Below is a real Haiku draw for a real session in this app.

Draft — homework message

To Alex · from session on 2026-09-14 · focus: posterior chain + single-leg control

Hi Alex! Good session today. We swapped Bulgarian split squat for reverse lunge because your front knee was flaring on the split squat—the lunge will let us keep working single-leg control with better alignment. You nailed keeping your hips square this week, which is a big improvement. On the Romanian deadlift, focus on bracing before you descend, not on the way up. Hollow-body holds stayed cleaner with shorter sets. Next week same shape, and we'll add load to the RDL.

5Refuses to send a draft that names something you didn't do.

If the write-up mentions an exercise the session didn't include, Send is off and you see the red banner. The product would rather send you back to edit than send a client a message that isn't true.

The problem

The records your trade runs on — plans, notes, videos, follow-ups — live in notebooks, camera rolls and heads. The evening gets spent typing them up, or they never get typed up at all.

What it does

One screen while you're in a session: plan, sets, camera, notes. Swap on the spot and say why. Homework drafted from what actually happened — you approve or edit before it sends.

What changed

The write-up doesn't wait for the evening. And when it drifts, it refuses to send. The time goes back to the client, not the paperwork.

See it running on your work.

The trainer app runs on the phone you already have. We set it up on your accounts, and the records stay yours.
