We collect only data you voluntarily provide. When you submit our Demo Booking form or Customer Onboarding form on smalltelligence.com, we collect the information you enter — name, email address, phone number, business name (onboarding only), and any context you provide about your needs.
We do not collect data through cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your demo request or onboarding inquiry and to operate the SmallTelligence service. We do not use it for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your request.
SmallTelligence sends SMS messages to two groups: (1) prospects who book a product demo through our Demo Booking form, and (2) customers who submit our Onboarding form to begin a MainStreet OS deployment. You will only receive SMS messages from SmallTelligence if you voluntarily check the SMS consent checkbox on one of these forms.
Message types: Demo confirmations, demo reminders, onboarding status updates, deployment notifications, and occasional support follow-ups.
Message frequency: Varies based on your stage in the demo or onboarding process. Typically 1–5 messages per engagement.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at fernando@smalltelligence.com.
Phone number privacy: We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer phone numbers collected for SMS communications to any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely by SmallTelligence to send the messages you consented to receive.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers (such as email and SMS delivery providers) strictly necessary to operate the service, and only to the extent required to fulfill your request.
Form submission data is retained only as long as needed to fulfill the inquiry and operate the service. You may request deletion at any time by contacting fernando@smalltelligence.com.
