Message frequency varies. In most cases it is a handful of messages while we sort out your inquiry, then nothing further unless you write back.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. smallTelligence does not charge for the messages themselves.
Messages come from our Google Voice number, +1 619-837-3882. You can text or call that number to reach us — replies land in the same inbox we use to answer email.
Reply STOP to any message we send and we will stop texting you from that number. You can also email info@smalltelligence.com asking us to stop, and we will do it and confirm back to you.
